we had a terrific weekend. first we had a movie night on friday, followed by a trip to the indianapolis zoo on saturday. at the zoo we got to pet sharks. sorry no pictures. it was a spontaneous trip.
on sunday the girls were tired little monsters.

looks like a bunch of fun! i bet bear would try to kiss the caterpillar. but we' have to watch her carefully she might thing it's a centipede and step on it.
yeah, em found a potato bug on the farm and showed it to great gramma, who proceeded to throw it on the concrete and smash it. i felt bad for em. she looked horrified. great gramma did explain that potato bugs are bad for the plants, but em still looked crestfallen. em told me "gramma crushed it; we could have taken it home and saved it."
