quality. just some nicks, scratches and bumps on the edge of the table and the chairs. watch the chair legs, bunch of scratches on mine. the delivery man repairs a lot of it, but he shouldn't have too.
well, I guess there's a point when it's just stuff, and eventually things get used and damaged. I can see how you would be disappointed though, I'm sorry to hear that.

should have been better, but n- didn't want to fight it. honestly, i was very disappointed.

you would think they would do a better job packaging these things for protection during transit...
